- 4/24 6:10 am - I see microphones on the anchors, but it sounds like the in-camera mic is what we hear. Nice personality and energy of the anchors. Musical-interviees should be looking in the direction of more dead space. Nice use of b-roll. Should have moved the mic further away from their mouths. It is over modulated.
- 3/4 7:07 pm - Cool opening! Not sure what's up with the anchors' audio- very echoey as if no mic was used? B-roll on drama story could use some variety- lots of far away shots. Get in there and get some close-ups. Audio seems to be an issue all over- really need to make sure ALL AUDIO across the board is level. Some go up, some go down. Some even sound like the mic is pressed on their throat. Be consistent. Very short show. Technically, some help is needed with audio and camera angles. Even the anchors could use more close-ups shots instead of a general two shot on a virtual set the whole time. Has potential if you work the tech issues and audio!!
- 3/4 4:00 pm - Wow, what energy from the anchors. However, their audio seemed distant and had an echo. There is also a lot on that virtual set that is distracting and unrelated to a high school broadcast. Maybe include some school logos or a little more gold to go with that Wildcat blue. Opening with a lost and found story seems like anti-climatic. This is obviously a morning announcements show which is hard to make interesting. It would be great to have a little more interaction with the stories. The interviews should follow the rule of 3rds. Having the RODE mic placed in their neck isn't the best way to do these interviews. Use the lav to make it more hidden.
