  • 4/24 6:11 am - Everyone walking around in the background is distracting plus there are continuity errors with them moving around. For cleaner look, try to have all of the OTS graphics the same size and ratio. Nice hook for the scary piece. I was wondering where this was going. Should have left the graphic at the end up longer (started earlier?) so we could read it. The ending trivia piece was a little awkward in spots with multiple people. In the shot with 4 guessers, the host is leaning way over with the microphone to get the last student.
  • 3/4 7:16 pm - Very creative show. The graphics for some of the news were well put together and professional. The characters, were a bit distracting during the news. Audio is a bit of a problem- very quiet from KoolAide man, and audio goes up and down from others. The looping graphics in sports could maybe be switched around so we don't see the obvious loop? Should a bilingual broadcast contain closed captioning? If you have both languages in your school, there are part of the announcements when someone doesn't understand the news. Lots of min segments in the show that could benefit from a host leading into these segments. There's a lot going on here, and some order and structure would help. I love the creativity- now just package everything with a little more organization.
  • 3/4 4:10 pm - The show open didn't really let me know what was coming. The bilingual elements were smart especially if it engages part of your student body The campy stuff with Halloween made it hard to follow the show. There was a lot of random things happening. I get it, but it felt as if there was just a lot of talking. One of the anchors level was lower than the other. The visuals were very challenged with almost no video in this show. Even the screen shot in sports was a picture of a screen.
