Entry Description

This video showcases hockey, figure skating and lessons at Leafs Ice Center.

Judge 1

Positives: I loved the slow-mo of the girl getting her equipment. And you have a nice variety of shots highlighting the variety of activities at the ice arena. Good composition throughout.

Improvements: It seemed like this video had two opens. I liked the way it began ... good effects.... dramatic... but then it seemed to start again with the stadium exterior and the music.

Judge 2

Positives: Good variety of camera shots (close ups, medium shots, long shots) and good use of camera movement as well.

Improvements: I personally don't like it when opposite camera movements are edited back to back (ie tilt down/tilt up or pan left/pan right).

Judge 3

Positives: Great shooting. I liked your use of SFX.

Improvements: Don't over use an effect. I liked the shot of the lights turning on but I only needed to see it once.
