A trailer for The Titan Tide, an action-packed, comedic film that pits Tommy the Titan in a fight to save his school.

Judge 1

Positives: Really nice footage, good composition and use of angles. I love the depth of field shots and the slow zooms. Good use of sound bites and music. Cuts took place on the beat of the music. Changing video speed and dips to black also added to the tone of story. Really well-edited piece.

Improvements: I wasn't quite clear on the story after first viewing. I think the main characters and background could have been better explained for people not familiar with the schools and their mascots. Perhaps using narration or text at the beginning to explain the rivalry.

Judge 2

Positives: Shot incredibly well. I loved how simple the setup is and how you let the footage speak for itself through the edit.

Improvements: I'd revisit the music choice. maybe something little more fun and in tune with the concept instead of contrasting it. The "rewind" shot doesn't seem needed.

Judge 3

Positives: There were some rally nice camera shots and compositions.

Improvements: The story was a little underdeveloped. The dialogue made it seem like it was a comedy but the music made it seem more serious so the tone of the film was unclear.
