Entry Description

A teenager spends his waking life in the world of video games, but he ultimately realizes that the best for place for solace- for true escape- does not require an Internet connection or even wires.

Judge 1

Positives: Everything worked well for me on this video. Great narrative and story; Wonderful and unique camera shots combined with a great choice of music; Nicely done - keep it going.

Improvements: I wanted to see credits at the end, that was the only improvement.

Judge 2

Positives: Good story line. Good camera shots. Liked the shot of the actor in front of the window cross faded with the exterior shot.

Improvements: Some of the out of focus shots worked and some of them looked like the camera was on auto-focus and whatever happened, happened. Some of the scenes seemed a little long. Either tighten the edits or add some cutaways.

Judge 3

Positives: Nice job. Storyline was good with a nice surprise ending. Good camera shots with nice creative lighting.

Improvements: No improvement needed.
