"La Casa en el Aire" originally performed by Columbian artist Rafael Escalona. This is from the 2014 Glenbrook South variety show "Signature" and was a 4 camera shoot. The show itself is about two hours long and this is just one clip from it.
Positives: I liked the fact that you had a variety of cameras to choose from to keep the piece moving. That always adds interest. the audio was level and consistent - very important in a musical number. Nice work.
Improvements: Since you had 4 cameras to work with, I would have liked to have seen even more variety! I don't know how much flexibility you had, but sometimes I felt like you were going back and forth between the same shots. I think some dissolves in the transitions would have added to the piece. Nice effort.
Positives: camera angles lighting
Improvements: nothing
Positives: Nice zoom back - even and smooth at the top as lights reveal musicians playing at top of song. director did a good job regarding slot selection
Improvements: audio mix had a bit of echo in it.... when the young lady walks down the steps to join in duet singing - a shot including her face would have been desirable - she's in the shot that showcases the young man - who we've seen a good deal
