Positives: play on existing idea. acting

Improvements: Didn't look like his brother

Judge 2

Positives: Very nice camera work, and I like the effects.

Improvements: That edit where big brother appears should be much quicker.

Judge 3

Positives: Cute idea, well executed. Very well cast, especially the state farm magician.

Improvements: Better tie in to the tag line or just do "Get To a Better State" visually, without the voice-over. Better, funnier, closing line for the agent when he tells the bully he does not have coverage.
