Entry Description

This is a compilation of excerpts from a five part mini series totaling in fifteen original minutes. The story line consists of a student from our rival school infiltrating Neuqua to find the secret of our school spirit, and destroy it. This was made for our spirit week, and viewed daily by our whole school, leading up to the Big War of 204 football game.

Judge 1

Positives: Good job on story and plot development; Variety of camera shots and good solid editing helped tell the story and built suspense. Some nice lighting on the Spirit water

Improvements: Good sound mix most of the time but could be improved in some excerpts. The introduction of the School officer seemed a little long, but I assume it was somewhat of an inside joke; overall good job

Judge 2

Positives: Good use of differing camera angles and techniques. Editing was precise. Good flow of the video.

Improvements: A couple of the sound mixes were a little hot. Hard to understand the dialogue in spots. Be aware of the background noise and try to blend it from scene to scene.

Judge 3

Positives: Great job. Really fun to watch. Creative storyline with the visuals following the story. Great editing.

Improvements: Nothing to improve.
