Judge 1

Positives: excellent photography many well done camera shots great opening segment

Improvements: lighting on first guitar shot

Judge 2

Positives: Well done profile piece which shows a multi-faceted student athlete and musician on the verge of beginning his college career. This story is well served by using voice-over and maximizes visuals to introduce this well-rounded student to prospective universities.

Improvements: Some of the camera shots are a little dark which is quite a contrast with the other footage that is so well-shot and so well-lit. Perhaps a montage of some still screen shots of the new media work he has created would add even more visual texture to the piece.

Judge 3

Positives: Outstanding camera work and framing. Great variety of shots. Really well edited. Video levels were excellent throughout.

Improvements: Adding a few close up face cutaways would be a nice addition. (While playing the guitar & while on the computer) Could not tell if the soccer shots were of the subject matter. A couple of medium close up shots would have helped.
