What do you see?

Judge 1

Positives: Good use of audio and sound effects. Nice job of capturing the mood of a horror flick.

Improvements: Wasn't really able to follow the story or the soundbites. Perhaps using a narrator or text could help fill in the gaps. Good attempt at using dramatic lighting, however several shots were too dark and difficult see. Maybe a stronger light or strobe light would be a better option. But all the elements of a good horror film are there.

Judge 2

Positives: I loved the practical effects and camera tricks. The editing really maximized the scares

Improvements: a little too dark to make out some of the action. I didn't get a lot of story to understand your take on the genre

Judge 3

Positives: Set the tone of the story well, and had a nice variety of footage. Did a good job simulating supernatural scenes.

Improvements: Overused the tv transition a little bit. The lighting could be improved it was hard to see some scenes, especially the ones at night or where the lights were turned off.
