Entry Description

The story behind the community based chorus group

Judge 1

Positives: interesting topic. some good camera shots.

Improvements: individual who did voiceover spoke too fast and difficult to keep up with her. and sound went in and out during her voiceover.

Judge 2

Positives: The piece gave a great feel for the fun and energy involved in the community chorus group. The final footage/shot of the camera pan (from left to right) of the entire group was just the right speed and quite steady. Well done.

Improvements: Perhaps some information about performances, shows and venues from the past and for the future would help people know how they can check out the finished work of the chorus. A graphic on the screen with the place and time to come join the chorus would reenforce the information given verbally.

Judge 3

Positives: Solid shooting Great editing and audio work. Seemless audio transitions from song to song. Very well done. Nice establishing shots.

Improvements: Voiceover sounded slightly rushed and lacked emotion. Mixing in a variety of face close up shots would have been an improvement
