An excerpt of our Holiday Concert.

Judge 1

Positives: Loved the use of movement in your dissolves - panning the faces in the choir, and dissolving to a wider shot. Very nice moment. You had a good variety of shots - that's important with musical performances, to keep things moving and to create emotion in your piece.

Improvements: I would not have left the super "Little Tree" up so long. Some of the lighting was uneven - that makes it challenging to use shots that are "darker" than others. Try to be a little more consistent. If the shots are really dark, perhaps use a different one. Be careful with audio. I felt that a couple times when the choir sang strong and loud, there may have been just a bit of distortion. Very nice effort.

Positives: camera moves

Improvements: cameras a little soft

Judge 3

Positives: Good use of holding super "Little Tree" over two different shots. Nice pan of participants in choral. Audio mix is well-done.

Improvements: At 1:45 the camera tips up a touch and not long after is a sloppy bounce of a camera around 1:59.
