GTV News daily announcement show. Today on the show we look forward to the football postseason and look back at one reason the team is extra motivated this year.

Judge 1

Positives: great energy good variety of packages

Improvements: anchor audio a bit low some interviews a bit underexposed

Judge 2

Positives: A very upbeat and tightly edited intro package! Hosted by a pair of solid anchors, who clearly know their script.

Improvements: The audio consistency could have been significantly improved. Please make sure to check your levels before going to broadcast, as it came across as "hissy." The anchors were underlit. Please remember to properly light your subjects as it will help separate them from the background.

Judge 3

Positives: Both Anchors were well spoken and articulate. The show was well written and well executed. Really liked the "3 to know" and "closing capture" segments. Nice touches that distinguish this show from the routine format.

Improvements: Although both anchors spoke clearly, they were at different volumes the whole show. While the Anchor with the glasses seemed very relaxed and comfortable, his co-anchor had very stiff movements and delivery throughout the piece. If they matched on another a little closer in volume and presentation, the overall show would come off much smoother. If able, perhaps include some OTS info graphics for some of the stories. This would give you a chance to get in for close-ups on the Anchors and bring the show to the next level.
