Entry Description

Two friends sit down for a standard game of Pokemon in this stop-motion animation film, but the results of that game are anything BUT standard once their battle blurs the lines between reality and fantasy.

Judge 1

Positives: Very good use of shift from the game to real life. Loved the battle special effects as well, specifically the silly string.

Improvements: The indoor lighting was a little inconsistent. Also, the interaction on the battlefield could have gone on a little longer, that was teh best part of the video.

Judge 2

Positives: great sense of humor in the video. the game is fun and that was reflected by the people in the video. very creative with how you brought the card characters to life. Good music changes as the mood changed. music went well to match the visuals.

Improvements: no negative comments. It worked well as - is.

Judge 3

Positives: nice camera angles

Improvements: Where is ANIMATION??? Time-lapse photography is not considered animation.
