Entry Description

This is my whiteboard stop motion animation.

Judge 1

Positives: The drawings were simple but beautiful. I especially liked the texture on the tree. I also really enjoyed the fact that you could see the artist reflected in the white board.

Improvements: I wish a little more effort had been put into rendering the person. The rest of the drawing was so great that the stick man stood out as odd. Also, the music seemed to be disconnected from the plot.

Judge 2

Positives: music and images went well together. narrative came through ell to the viewer

Improvements: would like to see a little more done with backgound. more variety of line thickness / thinness in drawing.

Judge 3

Positives: Subtle drawing style contributes to the smooth animation and development of the narrative. It is nice to see the reflection of the artist on the white surface of the white board .. it adds to the subtelty of the piece

Improvements: It would be fun if money grew on trees but is there anything else to aspire to... ?
