Singer sings "Chasing Pavements" in the Variety Show.

Judge 1

Positives: Loved the direction - the use of dissolves - added to the emotion of the song. Good variety of shots/angles of the performer.

Improvements: Be careful of the camera work. When you're zoomed in tight, any slight movement of the camera is exaggerated. As much as I liked the different angles of the tight shots of the performer, I might have added a medium or long shot to mix it up a bit. Excellent effort!

Judge 2

Positives: Sound good. Lighting good.

Improvements: Camera jitter.

Judge 3

Positives: The audio mix works well for this piece. The pull-back on the closing shot was executed well.

Improvements: Camera work at the very top is unsteady. The color temperature is uneven between the different cameras. The zoom back at 1:03 has way too much headroom, the camera needs to tilt down as the zoom back is taking place.
