Entry Description

A movie trailer for a film called "Pool Shark," in the vein of Sharknado.

Judge 1

Positives: I really like the exaggerated over-the-top acting which was aided by your good sense of timing with edits and music/sound effects. Nice underwater shots and cool effects.

Improvements: Was a little difficult to follow during the first viewing, it seemed a bit disjointed and a lot was happening, there were a lot of characters. Perhaps focusing on less characters or at least make it more clear who these people were.

Judge 2

Positives: I like how ridiculous and experimental this felt. I would most definitely want to see this movie based on this trailer

Improvements: I think this would be more effective if kept shorter. I feel like the trailer told us a little too much about the characters and certain scenes.

Judge 3

Positives: Very funny concept, I liked the story and the creativity. There was some nice character developments. Really liked the one scene at the end of the man in the suit swimming in the pool with the shark's silhouette, that was nicely done.

Improvements: Some of the beginning scenes were a little blurry, and would have liked to see a wider range of light to showcase the mood.
