Entry Description

This is an excerpt from a 4 minute long animated film. The rest of the films is not finished yet, hence only the 1 minute clip from it.

Judge 1

Positives: The action cutting back and fourth was great. It felt very cinematic. Also, legos work well as proxy people. The background was also great.

Improvements: The light balance was a bit inconsistent, and the voice overs were a bit quite. The actors could use more emphasis in there voices and the soundtrack in general could use in increase in volume.

Judge 2

Positives: Very well done with the quick cuts to make the action seem really fast. sound effects were used well and when appropriate. good pace.

Improvements: music was good, but maybe a bit more variety with the scene changes. audio was a little low.

Judge 3

Positives: Intense race sequence!!! great camera angles and sound effects!!!

Improvements: perhaps conclude a story for it to be considered as a stand-alone piece
