The performance of the dance "Always There" from the 2013 Orchesis Dance show, Footnotes.

Judge 1

Positives: Loved the use of dissolves between still and moving shots. Worked very well and added to the mood of the performance. Nice variety of camera angles with good blend of tight and wide shots. Nicely done!

Improvements: Be careful with tight shots - a couple times your dancers danced out of frame because they were shot so tight. Be careful not to sit on a shot too long when dancers are moving, as they danced out of frame and the shot became empty! Overall nice work!

Judge 2

Positives: staging lighitng

Improvements: nothing

Judge 3

Positives: The dissolve patterns added a nice touch to video composition. The wide shots had movement - either pan or zoom - nice use of light patterns on the floor of stage. Nice zoom at end up and out of frame.

Improvements: The definition/focus on some of the tighter shots were not at times crisp. The pacing over all was good but a couple of times the transition was made just a bit too soon.
