10-minute news program about what's happening at Waubonsie Valley High School.

Judge 1

Positives: great packages nice variety

Improvements: anchor segments need a set some shots dark/not white balanced properly

Judge 2

Positives: Creative intro, with great energy and interesting camera work. Very fun stories, love the dress code song!!

Improvements: Some of the packages' lighting could have been improved. Stronger lighting separates your subjects from the background and creates a more dynamic shot. Some of the on-location audio could have been clearer and better recorded. Always consider audio as you prepare to film at your location.

Judge 3

Positives: The packages were all well produced and shot. Audio throughout was clean and evenand well mixed.

Improvements: Liked the choice of hosting the show from an elevator, but this needed to be thought through a little further. For example, the lighting in the elevator was not good, so next time adjust for that. Also, take the choice even further. Such as, have the host stop at different floors to introduce different stories. Or if possible, have him essentially do stand-ups in a location relevant to each story.
