Entry Description

Grace and Joey are cleaning out the basement of their recently deceased father. As they uncover the "treasures" he accumulated over the years they reexamine the relationship they each had with their father. While uncovering the prized possessions they question what junk truly is.

Judge 1

Positives: The story and narrative was very good. Good choice of camera shots for being in a small room the whole time.

Improvements: Room was a little too noisy and audio seem to go to zero during edits; More light during some portions of the scenes could improve the video.

Judge 2

Positives: Good storyline. Good use of camera angles to tell the story. The editing had a good pace to it. It flowed nicely.

Improvements: Some of the scenes of the male actor speaking are dark. Using a bounce card to kick light onto his face from the ceiling light behind him would have helped. There were a couple of places where the dialogue was a little low.

Judge 3

Positives: Great job. Good storyline and great mix of visuals. Camera shots were interesting and kept the flow and content alive.

Improvements: Nothing to improve.
