Entry Description

A short film about two people finding each other again. In the wake of tragedy, two old friends are forced back into each other's lives. They have to rekindle their past in an attempt to salvage their futures and gain closure.

Judge 1

Positives: Good initial concept for the storyline; Some nice camera angles and POV framing

Improvements: More character development was needed on the three friends; Wanted more information about the items in the can;

Judge 2

Positives: Liked the camera angles, like when filling the hole back up. The sound mix was good.

Improvements: Could have used some cut-aways during the towel scene. I don't know if it was the transfer that made the scenes against the sunset too much in silhouette, but bouncing some fill light off of a white card might help.

Judge 3

Positives: Very nice job. Fun to watch. Creative and good mix of camera shots. Great use of natural light.

Improvements: No improvement needed.
