Entry Description

This is an excerpt from Mammoth Nation's performance at Rock Bazaar, a 6-hour non-stop live rock concert.

Judge 1

Positives: Loved the camera work around the guitar player. The zooms during the moves were done well and added dimension to the music. The audio was mixed very well - even and consistent. Nice work.

Improvements: Some of the camera angles were awkward - not sure how limited you were with positioning. Perhaps one or 2 dissolves would have enhanced the piece. Nice work.

Judge 2

Positives: video quality pretty good\sound good

Improvements: some camera angles could have been better planned wasn't much to directing this

Judge 3

Positives: The over the shoulder shot of drummer worked well. Some of the camera moves really worked well as they moved in and down on the guitar action.

Improvements: I would have liked to have seen shorter shots and more cutting between the instruments. The wide shot at the top could have used a bit of movement - either a zoom in or a zoom out - it was up there way too long.
