  • 4/30 7:46 pm - Hard to tell a fully developed narrative in one minute, but I think you made the best of your time. Some excellent lighting and sound design here. Also, your camera work is fantastic. Your shot selection is great. It is not easy to make a character scrolling on a phone in bed visually interesting, but you did. Nice work!
  • 4/30 11:20 am - The ability to tell a full rounded narrative in such short time is impressive. The control in pacing allowed the inciting incident to build up to the jump scare. I would love to see the protagonist scroll through some random videos more until getting another scary message. Allow the audience to get comfortable again and forget about it with her. Then, catch us when we least expect it. You already have the rhythm in the pacing, you just have to string it out a little longer. Great job!
  • 4/29 11:01 am - Strengths: Strong opening w/ recognizable visuals- you shared all necessary exposition in a short amount of time. Great use of lighting behind "Mary" at the ending of the film. Improvements: I would've loved for this to be longer to take a bit more time to build tension for that reveal, but I think what you accomplished in a minute was a clear story with a good payoff.
