- 4/16 8:57 pm - KEEPERS: Great idea for a story. Birdman Bobby seems like he's quite the character. The interviews were well lit and filmed. The multicamera looks worked well. IMPROVEMENTS: The story needed more voices and a lot more broll to make this a true documentary. I wanted to see and hear from Birdman Bobby. If not in an interview then at least showing him during games, coming and going from the school, on the street etc. I don't know enough about him other than a few shots to care much about him. I need additional story points and visual coverage to increase the emotional pull of the story. The documentary also needs music. Without music, this almost feels more like a news package. Overall, there are some foundational elements here that could make for a truly wonderful documentary, but the story needed more visual power and more coverage and voice from Birdman Bobby.
