- 4/23 10:35 am - Cool dolly zoom at :14. Camera work, sound and editing are good, but where is the story? I’m not sure you have much of a narrative here. Maybe this could be developed a little more by introducing some characterization or a conflict. Do the student and teacher have a troubled past? Why does Chris daydream of fighting the teacher? You are doing nice work with the camera. Keep going!
- 4/22 1:40 pm - I really enjoyed the camera angles and the action within the fight sequence, that’s a huge undertaking and I think the movement and pace was really well executed. Your actors reactions were also very telling and kept me in the action of the scene. Finally, I definitely appreciated your credits. To improve, I think the comedic element could be heightened so there’s a build up between the initial “real world” dynamic with the teacher and the student to the “pencil in the arm” suddenly ramping up the tension and moving the piece in that new direction. Keep up the great work, you're on the right track!
