I liked the effects you used and the text and graphics throughout worked well. It is perfect for a promo video in both length and information! Overall, fantastic job!
- 4/18 2:25 pm - STORY: You do a great job showcasing what the knitting club is about. I think showcasing some of the personalities of the members definitely gives your video a more personal touch. Great job with the questions that you asked! SOUND: You do a great job including a bunch of different sound effects. It really makes it feel like a fast paced social media video. The one place where your audio could be blended better is at 0:10. It is just a really harsh cut and transition into the next clip. CAMERA: You use a lot of different camera shots which demonstrate your skill and creativity. The camera shots you include really make it feel like it is an older nostalgic video! One thing to keep in mind is to pull your subject away from the wall. You don’t necessarily want them right up against the wall because then you lose that sense of depth. Given the space you filmed in, this may have been difficult. LIGHTING: You used the lighting in your setting effectively! The one place where I would consider adding in more light would be the interview at 0:28. It is just slightly darker from the previous one. EDITING: You did a great job with your editing! You included a lot of extras that included text, moving graphics, etc. These all worked as attention grabbers that suck you into the video! Great job!

Positives: Showing the different personalities of the club members is very entertaining. If I were considering joining, I think the president's statement is funny as opposed to warning me not to join. That humor is effective. You covered the interviews very well. Including subtitles for "Threading a needle." was also a nice touch and added to the humor and interest of your video.
Improvements: Make sure the aspect ratio of your video is set to at least 1930 x 1080. That way you won't have to scale up the image. Enlarging video causes a lot of image quality loss. Your video would look fine on a cell phone. But not so on a computer screen.
