Nice job finding some good places to film, the mall shot, running into The gate, was a good addition. Improvements: When it started and throughout, the audio sometimes feels echo-y. A lot of the shots could be stabilized, they were a little shaky.

Positives: This trailer has personality and fun in abundance — the story is engaging, the plot lands with clarity and charm, and there are flashes of real cinematic confidence throughout. Certain shots and performances stop you cold in the best way, moments where everything clicks and you feel the potential of what this filmmaker is building toward. The creative voice here is warm, playful, and very much their own.

Improvements: The biggest opportunity is in the title cards — right now the pacing and sequencing between them makes it hard to absorb what’s being communicated before the next one arrives. Slowing down the rhythm, playing with hierarchy, and getting more expressive with the graphic design will let your words land with the same impact as your images. On the visual side, more deliberate lighting and tighter attention to framing will elevate those great moments into truly great shots.

Positives: The idea is terrific. The sound design is really good!

Improvements: Some scenes are too dark. The look is flat.
