The realization that the character has that it is better for everyone if teachers are teachers and students are students is great. Maybe try to set that up more in the first act. I thought this film was going to be about a student who hasn’t turned in their work. Setting up the role reversal earlier might help with narrative. Also, I might avoid the “it was all a dream” scenario in the future. We see that a lot, and there are other, more unique, ways to show the swap and realization. You clearly have a lot of filmmaking skills. Keep making movies!

You had a nice shot choice when the kid went up to the teacher, helped move it to a different perspective. You have some great audio work with the “teacher’s just don’t understand’ and moving the setting to the kid going to bed was very effective at establishing locations. Great work. As for improvements, the pace of this could be a lot faster. The arguing over assignments in the beginning was pretty long and unnecessary, same when getting her attention. It’s pretty confusing when the girl comes in and the teacher hugs the “bestie”, is that a student or another teacher. Finally, I think there is more room to explore the teacher being a person and doing “teen things” like texting, not paying attention in class, etc. I would have loved to see more from that. Keep at it, you’re on the right track.
