RBTV Game of the Week - Varsity Football.

Judge 1

Positives: Good mix of crowd camera shots during slow parts of the game. Technically very clean.

Improvements: Commentary has too much color comments and not enough play-by-play comments about the action that is happening. Cameras could be a little quicker or anticipative of the action. Missed showing the actual catch and replay shows the missed catch again.

Judge 2

Positives: Good mix of shots. I like the different angles and mix of wide, medium and close up.

Improvements: Be careful of having a shot that is too tight to see the play. On a pass play I had to wait for the announcers to say it was a catch. I liked the shots of the stands, cheerleaders and bench, but a couple of times you went to it just as they were breaking huddle and I was afraid I was going to miss something. Maybe take these shots after the end of the play.

Judge 3

Positives: Great job. Nice switching of cameras. Technical quality was good. The commentary was entertaining and informative. Great work.

Improvements: Maybe work on getting more good crowd and coaches shots. Maybe a few action close-ups if possible. I understand how hard live sports can be, but really work for some close-ups.
