Entry Description

Focal Point features questions from the District 208 community aimed at Superintendent Dr. Kevin Skinkis. In these five episodes, the Superintendent answers the community's questions.

Judge 1

Positives: Well structured and executed talk / informational show. Good use of video roll in and graphics.

Improvements: Good show, keep up the great work!

Judge 2

Positives: Nice transition between your field interview and the studio. Your setup in the studio was very professional.

Improvements: Make sure to give your interviewees questions beforehand so they can prepare answers. There were a few shots that seemed random, such as the 1 second wide shot at the beginning.

Judge 3

Positives: I really liked the city scape graphic for the entry and exit credits. Lighting for the show was done very well.

Improvements: The video did not show how well the hostess interacts with the guest. The opening wide shot was to short.
