Judge 1

Positives: Not a fan of handheld but it worked for you in this piece. Nice use of effects and sound. Liked use of lighting.

Improvements: Felt the program was lacking slightly on conveying the plot which made it feel long.

Judge 2

Positives: Great use of music and editing. Great choice in music tracks. Excellent attempt at special effects. Shock, Gore, etc. Creepy! Well done!

Improvements: Try to keep your lighting quality a bit more consistant through the piece. Sometimes the quality shifts from good, to fair to poor. When doing "handheld", make sure it's intentional and not too sloppy. Unless, that is what you are going for. And even then, it has to fit the piece. Don't do handheld just because it's "cool" or quick and easy to pull off. You had a few scenes (the "killer's" POV shots) very cool - the handheld worked. Just pay attention when you are shooting them so they are not too sloppy. I don't want to notice the what the camera op is doing. Watch compositions, watch horizons, etc.

Judge 3

Positives: Great concept and delivery. Totally creepy effect. Loved it. Shot construction and visuals very effective.

Improvements: Expounding upon the characters / story could've been a bit deeper, hard to do in a trailer. A few shots were "standard" horror style compared to the rest of the outstanding visuals.
