Judge 1

Positives: Very clever!!! Excellent stop motion animation. The animated hair was great. The timing was just right. The camera movement and angles enhanced your story. The animated movements worked very well.

Improvements: Your project could stand to be a little longer. Consider developing some conflicts. Maybe this is a bad hair day. Some of the makeup could be misplaced or the brushes don't feel like working so they rebel. Great work!

Judge 2

Positives: Can't say I've ever seen anything quite like it. Animating hair was really impressive and unique.

Improvements: First half was better than the second half, and I feel the piece would have been stronger without the second part, just make the first part longer. Second half looked and felt completely different from the established first half, giving it a inconsistent tone.

Judge 3

Positives: Great job with the hair animation. Good facial expressions and hair movement. Nice sfx.

Improvements: Seems like you could have tied the second half in with the beginning by continuing to shoot against the green background. Perhaps a few close-up shots would have been nice. Also, for the hair shots, position the camera above the eye-line to see if you like that look better. Choose music that enhances your story.
