Entry Description

"Feeling Good" is an act I directed from my school's Variety Show. This is a live four camera shoot. Enjoy!

Judge 1

Positives: Cameras followed the action really well. Direction was good and cut well with music and song.

Improvements: Choice of camera angles during the performance could be improved. If possible A few shots on those playing instruments during the performance may have worked well.

Judge 2

Positives: The use of cuts and dissolves dictated by the music worked well. Overall directing was good.

Improvements: Perhaps a shot or two of the horns. Maybe a straight-on CU shot of each singer at the beginning.

Judge 3

Positives: Great job. Good mixture of different cameras. Great job of switching on the beat. Used close-up shots when needed. Nice work. I enjoyed it.

Improvements: I don't think I would change a thing. Made the most of the opportunity.
