A highlight from the Barrington vs. Buffalo Grove Varsity Football Game.

Judge 1

Positives: Excellent job editing to the beat of the song. Good job layering in shots of the fans, coaches and sidelines. Loved the open and close. Good job mixing the "live" chants with music at beginning and end.

Improvements: Could use some better shot composition on some shots. A great highlight video but to make it more effective as a music video, additional layers to the story are needed.

Judge 2

Positives: Variety of footage used throughout. Nice to see more than game highlights - good to see coaches and fans too. Good use of close-ups at times. For example, player talking to another smiling. Footage appeared white balanced throughout. Good use of nat sound at beginning and end.

Improvements: Editing pace was on key at times with quick cuts - this style should've been incorporated throughout the entire music video to help with pacing. The video seemed to be on the long side - would've been more entertaining if it was shorter. Including a key at the beginning and end gives credit to the artist.

Judge 3

Positives: Great camera work - followed the action well. Slow motion effect toward the end was nice - would be cool to use throughtout. Pacing was good and fit the song.

Improvements: While the pacing was good, the edits could be more precise to go exactly with the beat. The audio was distorted when the team yells at the beginning and end.
