Entry Description

In "Bug Invaders Part 2" you will see the aliens still battling against the bugs. An unexpected visitor interrupts the battle between the bugs and the aliens.

Judge 1

Positives: Your environment is very effective. You created a very interesting world for your bugs.

Improvements: Try creating your characters out of clay or some material that will allow you to articulate the limbs. It would be great to see the legs animate individually. USe more inbetweens. This will make your animation smoother. If you get a chance watch the film "The Cameraman's Revenge" by Ladislaw Starewicz. You should be able to find it on YouTube.

Judge 2

Positives: Very good character motions. Good use of backgrounds for the characters to interact with.

Improvements: A higher frame rate would have made the action move faster, and make the motions more believable. Why have it in two parts?

Judge 3

Positives: I like the lighting on this one better. Good music choice.

Improvements: Keep varying the pacing of the film. As mentioned about the other film, when you have a group movement, don't move all the characters at the same time.
