Entry Description

This assignment started off as an AP Sociology assignment where Zoe had the option to turn the definition into a video project. She chose to successfully turn the seemingly boring definition for Dissociative Fugue into a movie trailer.

Judge 1

Positives: mixing definitions with footage. music worked well with scenes

Improvements: not really sure what movie plot will be. could be more creative with settings

Judge 2

Positives: An intrigue is very nicely put together. It reveals the key elements of the story but does not give away the secret of what actually had happened. Thus the viewer is intrigued and wants the secret reveled ...

Improvements: the trailer could use more copy lines and titles... that add on to the voice over and great shots

Judge 3

Positives: A good movie clip that had me interested in the disorder and then left me wondering what the main character had done on her "fugue". I like the clip of the main character in the grass at the beginning and how it ties to the revealed plot towards the end.

Improvements: I would provide more quick clips of the home and surroundings at the beginning to establish the environment as being peaceful. That could build on the drama of the fugue.
