Bright Side of Life was an act in the Glenbrook South Variety Show featuring many singers and dancers at my school. This was a live four camera shoot and an unedited clip from my part of the show. Enjoy!
Positives: Audio had a good mix, heard the dancing and the singing. Good job of cutting cameras at key points of songs.
Improvements: Might consider using one of the cameras dedicated for closeups on solos. Lighting was a little too much on steep angle.
Positives: Having some zooms and pans instead of static shots helped enhance the production. Close-ups were used at appropriate times.
Improvements: A couple of times on zoom outs the shot kept going to a strange framing. Have a bail out shot if that happens. A few times a camera appeared a little over exposed. Watch the shading.
Positives: Good job. I thought the switching was entertaining and made the program move quite well. Good job of using some closeups.
Improvements: Lighting was a little harsh at times but that may not have been the responsibility of the director. Good job.
