Judge 1

Positives: Good story. Effective animation.

Improvements: Minimize the ambient camera motion. You have some effective tracking shot. Don't lose those. But the camera shake take away from your animation. Keeping your screen time the same, try shooting two pictures of each move instead of four. You will have much smoother animation.

Judge 2

Positives: Cute characters. Sweet story.

Improvements: Camera was far too erratic to be able to tell what was going on half the time. Spent a little too much time getting ready, and it detracts from the story. Why is it called Chocobo? Aren't those giant birds you ride in Final Fantasy?

Judge 3

Positives: Nice idea and good follow-through on the motion. Glad you took this to the next level by heading outside your house - the outdoor scene and the classroom & hallway. Good job pushing this idea.

Improvements: Not much - some movement could be a bit more fluid, but generally quite nice.
