Entry Description

"Can true love overcome even dimensional divides?" An original stop-motion animation piece.

Judge 1

Positives: Very good stop-motion animation. You have excellent control over your motions. Interesting story.

Improvements: This could have been a little longer. I'd like to see a little more of the drawing scene. The closing scene of your piece could have been held longer as well. Here are a couple of technical issues. Try to avoid moving the camera. And see if there is a way to turn off the auto exposure/focus settings on your camera. These secondary motions conflict with your animation. When the model draws make the lines more distinct. This is a very effective part of your animation, but it is hard to see. Good work. I hope to see more.

Positives: Nice artwork. Cleaver idea.

Improvements: Jerky animation makes it difficult to follow at times. Better lighting would have made the artwork stand out more, making it easier to see.

Judge 3

Positives: Fun idea. Nice levels.

Improvements: Work on making the lighting work for you. Work on your ending. It seems to simply stop.
