Entry Description

This student produced magazine-style news program focuses on both hard news and more entertaining bits to attract the school's audience. This episode presents segments on Star Wars, a Thanksgiving Day Skit, a message from the Principal, YouTube Red, Top Golf, and Mustang Slang.

Judge 1

Positives: 1. Interesting, eclectic blend of topics and storytelling styles. 2. Nice production elements with some good video and editing.

Improvements: 1. Some of the topics and styles worked better for me than others. For example, the slang segment was funny; the Thanksgiving dinner segment was less so (though I appreciate the creativity). 2. The golf segment was nicely produced but the relevance to the school was less clear.
