Judge 1

Positives: * I like the way the parents arguing are muted and intentionally hard to hear. * The more passionate dialogue, starting at 1:15, works well with the music.

Improvements: * There are sound mixing issues in the intro sequence. The music is too loud and competes with the dialogue. Then the music goes silent on a black screen, which is awkward, and comes back. * I think you're trying too hard with the TV-like special effects at 0:31 and 0:41. It's jarring and takes me out of the scene. I don't think it's needed and the sequence would flow better without it. If you're going to add effects like that, they should blend seamlessly. * I struggle to understand why the narrator's voice is male but the lead actress is female. Lines like "I'm not the only kid who grew up this way" would work better if the narrator was also female.

Judge 2

Positives: I loved the coloring, i don't know if it was choice or not, but the blue shirt was a good choice, its caused the main character to pop more. The Vocal performance gave me chills, i loved that.

Improvements: more tracking shots, you have a talent of Camera movement....more of that. The use of digital noise, i feel like that was unnecessary to the overall theme of the project. looked cool, but could be saved for a different project or movie.
