Entry Description

A short commercial for 2015 Neuqua Football I created for football season. Was used to promote games as well as student involvement in Neuqua's pep group.

Judge 1

Positives: Great music/singing piece. Very nice video transitions. Well edited. Nice job with effects.

Improvements: Lighting was difficult with the varying shots, but needed to be more consistent.

Judge 2

Positives: You have the eyes of a filmmaker. Very well shot and edited. Great story, strong music tracks. Impressive.

Improvements: Very slight editorial tweaks - :15-28 - would have liked to see these cuts match to music just a bit tighter. More dramatic transitions could have helped space these out a bit, timing was ever-so-slightly off. Possibly adding in one more shot towards the end of this sequence may have helped with the build a bit more as well. Seeing the editing work so well throughout, I know this is a very minor tweak.
