An intense teaser for the most recent installment of the world renowned science fiction movie series, Star Wars.

Judge 1

Positives: I think that this trailer effectively employed nostalgia by using JOHN WILLIAMS' score for Star Wars. The special effects were solid (basic lightsaber effects). The editing was solid. The use of existing footage or other people's intellectual property was effective.

Improvements: There is absolutely no clarity on what this episode of the saga will be. Who are these people that we're watching. Who are we rooting for? Why are we rooting for them?

Judge 2

Positives: Love the shot at the end of the foot coming of the branch. Really great light saber effects and visuals.

Improvements: Wish it was a little longer and end more like a trailer instead of on black for so long. Different setups, like interiors would have made this feel like you were more in the Star Wars universe than just the snow.
