A short that uses cinematography to express life in libertyville.

Judge 1

Positives: Good use of jib shots. Good editing.

Improvements: Would like to see some close ups of locations. Maybe could add a slider to help engage the audience.

Judge 2

Positives: This is a beautiful "portrait of a place" that includes a wonderful crane shot above a frozen lake – filled with subtle desaturated color. There is some great camera movement here, along with editing that pieces together several very different images to build an understand for this location / setting that the filmmaker has on display.

Improvements: Interesting music choice, but I would love to see something a bit more solemn to match the desaturated tones of the images / environment. I would also like to see the filmmaker display additional lighting techniques that include indoor / artificial light, instead of exclusive available light outdoors.
