Positives: Clearly well researched and well presented. Reporter has a believable enthusiasm for the subject matter

Improvements: Though very well presented, there is not much compelling about the video. We needed to see how the reporter encountered the man he eventually interviewed. We need more original video of people encountering the mild weather. You also need to get to the interviews earlier.
