I am Bridget Johnson. I am a storyteller. The camera is my pen.

Judge 1

Positives: Creative camera angles. I liked the self told story line to show her work.

Improvements: Better use of color correction. More shots on a tripod or add a slider to engage the audience.

Judge 2

Positives: This reel displayed a good variety of shot composition and camera movement, as well as a talent for editing and creating a narrative flow with shot variation. I particularly enjoyed the 'street cinematography' / documentary-style of shots that captured organic moments with fellow human beings.

Improvements: The most essential element of cinematography comes in at the lighting stage. I would love to see what this cinematographer can do with artificial lighting setups, where we can see clear artistic intent and tone all through lighting setups that they created.
