Judge 1

Positives: "Keys To Success" succeeds in delivering comedic elements in a clear non-narrative form. There was some nice thought and execution with several tracking shots to help with the movement and pace of the trailer. The strength of this piece is in its comedy, and effective editing to punctuate humor.

Improvements: The sound capture and sound editing in this piece could use a little work. It may help to bridge certain sections of the cut, and is crucial in trailer editing. Utilizing some subtle sound effects could have also helped this trailer – the young man getting punched, and maybe some small hits/rises when the motion text comes in and out of frame.

Positives: Editing and pacing were excellent. The kid getting slugged was believable and effective.

Improvements: Audio - Sometimes the music and/or background noise was competing with the voice track making it hard to hear what the actors were saying at times. For the most part the camera angles were very good. Watch framing on handheld footage, especially the shot at :25.
