Positives: Loved the show concept. Thoughtful questions. Dorian was very natural in front of the camera. Liked that he didn't have any notes in front of him. Impressive to be able to ask questions without any blue cards. Guest had GREAT energy - excellent submission choice. Both host & guest were sharp.

Improvements: Lighting & sound were good. Set design didn't work well -- why wasn't Dorian's body angled toward the guest? Seemed awkward. Dorian could have sat on the red couch next to guest. Also - for audio - do you have lav's? Or only stick mics? Would prefer lav's for this type of interview. Try crafting your questions prior to the interview -- Dorian had great conceptual questions -- just needed some tweaking in terms of specific word choices.

Positives: Your host does a good job. He's got good energy and enthusiasm and appears well-prepared for and knowledgable about his guest. He also does a good job of actually listening to her answers and following up in a relaxed, natural way. I like your guest too. She's interesting, enthusiastic, and at ease in front of the camera.

Improvements: Intro song and graphic of the speaker are cool, but they go on a bit long with nothing else happening. Maybe add a Hosted by credit in there or something, or shorten it up. I also think the basic geometry of your set up could be improved. You've got three cameras, but having your host and guest arranged in a straight line makes for weird angles and compositions. I'd angle the chair and the couch toward each other, so the host and guest could talk more naturally without turning their heads to the side. Lavaliere mics (or a boom) would help, but if you only have handhelds, instruct your guest to lower it a couple inches so we can see her face. Lastly, your lighting seemed a tad harsh and too directly overhead. If you could bring it toward the front and soften it a tad, you'd have more even lighting with fewer shadows.

Positives: Nice graphics and opening. Interesting idea for a show.

Improvements: Hold microphones for a guest was awkward. Poor placement of interview set. They had to give profile in order to speak with each other.
