Entry Description

Kevin has trouble with paying tuition for college and agrees to meet up with a gangster to get the money for it. How far will Kevin go to get what he wants?

Judge 1

Positives: Shots were well composed. Performance and story setup were coherent.

Improvements: Tone is not clear - scenes imply serious action but narration is lighthearted - is this a comedy? Not a lot of variety in camera work - all angles are tripod setups (no movement) - this could add intensity and interest.

Positives: Lighting and camera well done. Interesting use of narrator.

Improvements: Trailer ended without a concluding scene. Seemed "cut off" by mistake. Some audio varied too much from scene to scene.
